The Caird Cocktail Bar
Our ground floor bar where the finest cocktails, craft & traditional beers, wines, proseccos, champagnes and a more informal dining menu can be found. Open 7 days.
A tasteful and sympathetic restoration of The Caird's more formal dining room is a nod to Ernest Shackleton, a former Lieutenant on the RSS Discovery, but most famous for his 800 mile trip aboard the James Caird Lifeboat (named after Sir James Caird, who helped fund their expedition) after their main ship Endurance sunk.
A mix of world cuisines, in tribute to the voyages of Ernest Shackleton, spliced with Scottish classics, our fresh seasonal menus are prepared to delight even the most discerning foodies.
Our 1920's American speakeasy bar can be found in The Caird's lower residence. The period decor, jazz vibes and classic liquor take you back to the Roaring Twenties ... bliss!
The Caird Garden
Taking the elegance of The Caird outdoors and dressing it down just a little for a more relaxed experience where you can enjoy views over the River Tay with drinks and casual dining. Open 7 days.
